And just like that...

I restart writing about anything and everything.

It is Sunday night and my futbol team just tied. And it happened in the most of the peculiar ways (bonus points for those that catch the reference), we were winning 1-0 with 3 minutes to go. Of course in one random play Quilmes manages to tie the game. Unbelievable. What happened next is something that I am still trying to grasp. The referee added 4 minutes of aggregate time. 3 and a half minutes into aggregate time, Sanchez (I think) slips in a nice through ball to Rogelio Funes Mori. Now you know how the game ended, so I will take a second to try to explain who is this gentleman.

Rogelio Funes Mori is a young kid, he loves River Plate and has a twin brother. When he started playing with the first team about 2 years ago, he was regarded as the next big thing. Let me tell you, if that kid missed the goal they way he did, he definitely is not a promise. I think I could have scored that goal, and I am a GOALIE. En fin.

Anyway, not everything is lost. It is Sunday night. Have a bunch of new music to listen to. I have mastered iTunes to keep a nice random mix of my otherwise unmanageable collection of music. But, I am human after all (second reference for those keeping score) and a man of strong habits so I default to some Joy Division. Transmission is playing on my laptop as I type.

Probably because I was listening to a band that someone recommended to me recently. I will listen to them a bit more before I make a post about them: "She wants revenge", from SF, USA.

I'm back.
