Wasted Talent is a small culture site and store run by Pol from Buenos Aires. This page says, in plain words, what information the site handles and why. Questions or requests: hello@wastedtalent.com.ar.

When you browse

We use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are (country and city level), what device and browser they use, and which site sent them. It uses cookies to do this. We use it only to understand what people read and buy. We don't run ads, and there is no Facebook/Meta tracking pixel on the site.

You can block this with your browser's cookie settings, a content blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on.

When you add things to your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

When you buy something

• Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them.
• Printing and shipping are handled by Printful, which receives your name, shipping address, email and phone (if you give one) to make and deliver the order.
• We keep a record of each order (what you bought, where it shipped, your email) to handle problems, returns and our own accounts.

When you email us

We keep the conversation so we can answer you and follow up. If we start an email newsletter, you'll only get it if you sign up, every email will have an unsubscribe link, and this page will be updated first.

Our social media accounts

We post as @wastedtalentar on Instagram, Threads and TikTok. To publish our own posts and read their statistics we use those platforms' official tools (including apps we've registered with Meta and TikTok). Those tools only act on our own accounts. They don't collect information about people who visit this site or see our posts. When you use those platforms, their own privacy policies apply.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't share it with anyone except the services above, and only for the reasons above.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except order records we must keep for tax and accounting). Email hello@wastedtalent.com.ar and we'll answer within 30 days. In Argentina, personal data is protected by Law 25.326, and you can also contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
